EXPERIENCE THE INTENSITY OF HYROX WITH EXPERT COACHING, RACE PREP, AND A FULL TIME TRIAL.
A 3-day intensive training experience built to elevate your power, speed, and conditioning for Hyrox style races. Hosted at Sol Fitness Resorts, this camp focuses on the core components of race readiness, high intensity circuits, functional strengt training, sled mechanics, and endurance conditioning. Led by expert coaches, each day combines technique refinement, pacing strategies, and race specific drills. Structured recovery sessions are integrated to maximise output and prevent fatigue. The program ends with a mini Hyrox challenge, giving participants a chance to test improvements in speed, power, and race efficiency.
