While we do not accommodate highly specific or personalised diet plans, our diverse, thoughtfully crafted offerings provide plenty of delicious and nutritious choices for all. Meals are prepared in-house using fresh, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients, with a focus on lighter, healthier versions of traditional Indian cuisine—low in oil and masala, yet rich in authentic flavour. Inspired by regional recipes and traditional cooking methods, our dishes highlight the natural taste and nutritional value of every ingredient.

Meals are served buffet-style at set times, encouraging a healthy routine and providing a sense of structure to your day. Our communal dining area fosters connection, making mealtimes a warm, social experience. Fresh fruit, tea, and coffee are available throughout the day to keep you energised and hydrated. Please note that Sol Fitness Resorts does not serve alcohol, in line with our ellness-focused environment. Guests with food allergies are encouraged to inform us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate their needs.
