A DEEP DIVE INTO BALANCE, BREATH, AND INNER STILLNESS
A 3 day restorative yet powerful weekend experience combining yoga, Animal Flow, and functional movement practices. Set in the natural, grounding environment of Sol Fitness Resorts, the camp is designed to rebuild mobility, improve joint control, and reconnect participants to mindful movement. Daily sessions feature guided flows, primal movement patterns, strength-through mobility drills, and breathwork to enhance body awareness and resilience. Evening cooldown practices deepen recovery and flexibility. The camp concludes with a choreographed flow session, integrating the techniques learned to help participants move with strength, rhythm, and ease.
