Booking Charges
The charge for using the pickleball court is INR 1,500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) per court, per hour.
Each booking includes up to 4 pickleball rackets and 2 pickleball balls, provided free of charge for the duration of the booking.
Additional equipment, if available, may be provided at the resort’s discretion and may attract additional charges.

Booking Policy
All pickleball court bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Bookings are subject to court availability and confirmation by Sol Fitness Resorts.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
No cancellations or refunds are permitted once a booking is confirmed, unless cancelled within 15 minutes of booking.
In the event of non-attendance or late arrival, the booking fee will not be refunded or adjusted.
Late arrivals will not be entitled to an extension of court time.

Court Usage Rules
The pickleball court may only be used during the allotted booking time.
Players must wear appropriate non-marking sports footwear.
Food, beverages (other than water), glass items, chewing gum, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the court.
Users are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and resort staff at all times.

Equipment Responsibility & Damage Policy
Players are responsible for the equipment provided during their booking period.
Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
Severe damage to rackets, including but not limited to cracked frames, broken handles, or damage due to misuse or negligence, will result in a fine of INR 1,000 per damaged racket.
Loss of equipment may attract replacement charges at the discretion of Sol Fitness Resorts.

Safety & Liability
Use of the pickleball court is entirely at the player’s own risk.
Sol Fitness Resorts shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to personal belongings while using the court.
Players are advised to warm up adequately and ensure they are medically fit to participate.

Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor court usage may be affected by weather conditions.
Sol Fitness Resorts reserves the right to restrict or suspend court usage due to rain, maintenance, safety concerns, or events beyond its control.
In such cases, a refund will be permitted and management’s decision will be final.

Conduct & Management Rights
Sol Fitness Resorts reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue court usage for anyone violating these terms, engaging in unsafe behavior, or
causing disturbance.
