was Born
Founded by Bachi Pullela, an ardent cyclist and lifelong wellness enthusiast. Recognising the need for comprehensive guidance and consistent
support for individuals seeking to improve their health, Bachi set out to create more than just a fitness destination. He envisioned a sanctuary for complete wellness. What began as his personal passion for fitness has evolved into a meaningful space where people from all walks of life can focus on improving their physical, mental, and emotional balance.
Bachi’s vision was to establish a retreat where every guest feels empowered to take control of their health journey. He combined his love for physical activity with the principles of proper nutrition, active recovery, and quality sleep, creating a balanced approach that
addresses the key elements of good health. This approach forms the foundation of every program at Sol Fitness Resorts.
