Resort policies
Sol Fitness Resorts has been created for guests who are looking for the opportunity to improve their health, wellbeing and fitness. We invite patrons who share this common ideology for fitness, to come and pursue their aspirations with us.
It is a tobacco- and alcohol-free resort. While we do not serve alcohol, guests are welcome to bring their own. We kindly ask that smoking be limited to designated areas. Smoking in your room or any other prohibited area will result in a cleaning and deodorising charge of INR 20,000.
At Sol, you will be served all your meals only in the main dining area. We don’t provide the facility of ‘Room Service’. Furthermore, we do not serve caffeinated tea, coffee and milk in the rooms.
Sol fitness is committed to providing a memorable wellness experience to each of its guests. We thus encourage our guests to ‘Digitally Detox’ while here.
We do not have televisions or wi-fi in the rooms. Wi-fi is available in designated common areas like the cafe, pool side & the gym.
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. All children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by parent or guardian. The guests above 18 years will have access to all group activities and can avail the prescribed treatments, ice-bath, steam & pool facilities.
We believe that each guest wishes to preserve the sanctity and tranquility at Sol fitness; we hence ask them to respect the policies of this fitness resort.
The resort reserves the right to ask a guest to vacate the premises if they are found violating any policy and thereby disturbing the wellness experience of other guests.
Time of Check-In: 3 pm IST
Time of Check-Out: 11 am IST
We provide extra mattresses only in our cottage and suite rooms at a cost.
Early check-in: Kindly send a request for the same to the Reservations team, and we will try and accommodate your request based on availability of the rooms on the day. This would entail a half day or full day charge according to the requested time.
Late check-out: Kindly send a request for the same to the Reservations team, and we will try to accommodate your request based on availability of the rooms on the day. This would entail a half day or full day charge according to the requested time.

Pet policy
We kindly request that guests inform us in advance if they plan to bring pets with them during their stay.
Designated Pet Rooms: Pets are only permitted in specific rooms designated for their accommodation.
Vaccination Requirements: For the safety and well being of all, pets must be up-to-date on all required vaccinations. We will request vaccination records prior to arrival.
Pet Deposit: A refundable deposit will be collected at check-in to cover any potential damages caused by pets during the stay.
Pet Behavior: We expect pets to be well-behaved and not disturb other guests. If a pet’s behavior becomes disruptive, we reserve the right to ask the owner to make alternative arrangements.
Pool Restrictions: Pets are not permitted in the pool area.
Main Cafe: For health and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside the main cafe area.
Cleanliness: We kindly ask that all pet owners clean up after their pets and dispose of waste appropriately.
Policy Agreement: All guests with pets will be required to sign this pet policy upon check-in.

Booking & cancellation policy
All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of stay.
Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
If you provide a credit card at the time of booking, your room is held until the following day of arrival, up to the check-out time. For all other reservations, rooms are held until the cancellation time specified in your reservation.
Your credit card will be kept on file to guarantee your reservation.
The management reserves its right to change, amend, add or delete any of its policies without prior notice. Such changes will be treated as final and binding.
Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

For suites, cottages, cabins & dorms
All confirmations are subject to receipt of an advance at least 15 days prior to check-in.
For bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the advance must be received within one working day of making the reservation or else the reservation will be released automatically.
There will be no charge for any Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival.
• AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION 15 – 07 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL CHARGE, 50% OF FULL AMOUNT
• AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION 06 – 0 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL CHARGE, 100% OF FULL AMOUNT
• NO SHOW & EARLY CHECK-OUT CHARGE, 100% OF FULL AMOUNT
In addition to the above, the fitness resort reserves the right to charge a retention charge for any amendments. All Bookings are transferable unless previously mentioned.

Merchandise cancellation and refund
All returns or exchanges need to be made within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.
At the time of return/exchange please make sure the products are in their original condition, with their price tag and the clear poly bag intact along with the original invoice.
In case you have received a damaged or a wrong product please notify us via email at solfitnessresorts@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time of shipment received. We will arrange for a return pick up and replace the items (Subject to availability) or issue a full refund. In case of returns other than a damaged or wrong item shipped, please ship to the return address at your own cost.
You may also get an exchange done (Subject to availability) or you may return the garment at Sol Fitness Resorts. Please attach the original invoice to the package at the time of return/exchange.
The reimbursements on Merchandise will be credited to the Customer’s bank account within the time span stipulated by the bank.
Sol Fitness Resorts reserves the right to process refunds on a product, based on the product’s quality inspection.
Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

After your payment confirmation, our operations team ensures that your order is shipped as early as possible.
Sol Fitness Resorts does not deliver products outside India currently. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world, however please ensure that the delivery address is within India. Our courier partners do not deliver to certain pin codes – you will be intimated if we can service to your location based on the pin code entered by you.
Please do NOT pay for any additional charges to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.
