INDIRA DAS

With over 17 years of teaching, Indira Das brings a healing, individualized approach to yoga therapy. Blending Bihar School tradition with modern insight, she guides with clarity and compassion.

ANANYA MUKUND

With 13+ years of yoga and 7 years of leading retreats, Ananya fuses Hatha Yoga and Animal Flow in a unique, welcoming style. Her calm, intuitive teaching encourages strength, fluidity, and deep connection.
